Cancellation Policy
Claws Jewellery – Booking Policy Bookings & Payments Bookings can be made directly through our website. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a clear timeline and cost estimate. A 50% deposit may be required for bespoke or experience bookings, with the remaining balance due on completion. Turnaround Times • Express Resize: 30 minutes – 4 hours • Standard Repairs & Polishing: 3 – 7 days • Stone Setting & Replacements: 3 – 7 days • Bespoke Designs: 4 – 8 weeks We’ll contact you if additional time is needed. Postal Services If you can’t visit the workshop, you can post your jewellery to us for repairs or resizing. Please complete our Postage Form before sending your item. Each piece will be securely returned via tracked delivery once the work is complete and payment has been received. Cancellations & Changes Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for bespoke or experience bookings are non-refundable once work has begun.
